Frequently Asked Questions

  • We ask for 60 days of lead time whenever possible, though we can often move faster if you're quick to reply to our emails - the sooner we lock in your design details and get paid, the sooner we can start.

    We work on an earliest-due-date basis, not first-come-first-served. That means we prioritize whichever event is coming up soonest, so timing varies: some orders come together in a few weeks, others take a couple of months, depending on the design and how full our calendar is.

    If your date is close and you're not sure whether we can make it work, just ask - we'll always tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

  • We do not accept returns.

    Every order is custom-made for your event - personalized with your names, photo, date, colors, etc. - so it can't be resold or returned. Once it's made, it's yours.

  • We don't offer refunds on your deposit once a design has been started.

    We don't offer refunds on your order once it is in production.

    Exceptions can be made if you cancel before we start work.

  • Every order is hand-checked before it ships. If something still arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you approved, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right - typically with a replacement at no cost to you.

  • You’ll approve the design before it goes into production, so please double-check names, dates, spelling, and quantities before approving.

    We highly recommend that you confirm and even acquire your prizes prior to approving the design. Once production starts- changes are no longer possible.

  • Lombardi Novelties LLC produces custom novelty and souvenir favors for weddings, birthdays, and private celebrations. Our products are designed as keepsakes and party entertainment only.

    They are not gambling devices, are not intended or sold for use in commercial gaming, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other pull tab manufacturer or regulated gaming operator. No cash prizes are awarded by us. Our products are sold for private celebration use only - not for resale and not for use in taverns, bars, restaurants, or any other commercial establishment.

    Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with all applicable state and local laws.
